The ACR1281U-C2 is a proximity card reader that automatically and reliably retrieves the identification number (UID) from an ISO 14443 part 1-4 type A and B proximity card. The UID (User ID) from a proximity card (such as a MIFARE card) automatically transferred via the reader to the computer. The reader allows you to send the output data from the UID directly to any editor, e.g. Notepad, MS Excel, MS Word, etc.

The ACR1281U-C2 can be used in various IT systems whose users use smart proximity cards.
